Sausages and potatoes: the simple solution for a tasty dinner!

Mix the chopped potatoes with olive oil, onion, salt and pepper. Place on a baking dish and garnish with rosemary.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C/350°F.
Use a small knife to poke holes in the sausages.
Place the sausages on top of the potatoes and cook for a further 30 minutes.
