5 to 7 pounds turkey breast in
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
½ teaspoon kosher salt or sea salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh sage
1 tablespoon rosemary fresh, chopped
1 ½ teaspoons fresh, chopped thyme
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F and pat turkey breast dry with paper towels.

Loosen skin from turkey and rub butter into turkey under skin.
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Drizzle olive oil all over the top of the turkey and season with salt and pepper.
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Sprinkle the fresh herbs over the turkey breast and rub gently.
1 ½ teaspoons fresh sage,1 tablespoon fresh rosemary,1 ½ teaspoons fresh thyme
Place the turkey breast in the air fryer and cook at 400°F for about 10 minutes.
Turn the turkey and reduce the temperature to 350°F and continue cooking for 40 more minutes. Check the turkey after 30 minutes and turn it once more if the skin is not crisping evenly. Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature. The turkey is ready when it reaches 165°F.
Remove the turkey from the fryer and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
