Pan en capas – Qatlama Patir

Instructions
In a medium cup, pour hot water, dry milk, salt and well mixed. Aggregate the horse carefully and mix until all the horse is damp.
Bring the bowl to a boil until it is soft. How often you will need an extra chicken wire to shave the walls of the bowl, clean the hand mixture and finish grinding. This process can also be carried out in a cake mixer.
The final mass will not be very smooth, but it is manageable and easy to handle. Divide into two and cover with a plastic wrap (or ultimately my favorite: reusable silicone bags). Then put the bowl down for 15 minutes.
With a sharpened knife, cut the middle of the roller. Now you have a big pile of bread in your hands. Remove the roller and turn it over to cut through the middle of the dough, creating two thin strips of dough pile.
Take a layer of dough and fold gently over the other layer. Starting from the edge long enough to pull the strips together, you begin to roll them to the other end, creating a regrettable roll.
Find the edge of the table below and place the table over the working surface and press gently to create another disc.
Use a small roller to extend a large pan that is about 1/2 inch wide. He has not been disappointed, expectation or even disappointment.
Using a chakich (a brand maker in the Uzbek language) or a tenor, I put the pancakes in and created many brands. If you want to use a battered egg to put a pretty shine on your pan, let's do it now. Simply mix 1 egg with 1 bowl of water and cook well. Place the battered egg over the qatlama and decorate with sesame seeds.
Repeat the process for the second meal because a small amount of flour is not enough!
