2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or oregano
SAUCE
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 small red onion, chopped
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons juice freshly squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
