No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

For the crust: Mix the graham crackers with the sugar. Add the melted butter and stir until well combined. Press into an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch skillet.
Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the soft cheese and confectioners' sugar until very smooth
Beat in a basin of whipped cream. Then add the drained pineapple.
Spread the filling over the crust. Cover with pineapple pieces and sprinkle with coconut.
Cool well - at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
