Buttermilk oven fried chicken

Preheat oven 350 degrees:
In a baking pan, whisk together flour, pepper, garlic, sugar and paprika.
In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth.
Dip each piece of chicken in the milk mixture, discarding the excess.
Dip in the flour mixture, then dip in the milk and flour mixture again.
Put it in a tray and sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake about 50-55 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
