Bourbon Chicken is easy, crunchy, sweet, sticky, and tastes the same as the one you grew up eating at the mall!
* Ingredients :
° 1/2 tsp sesame oil
° 1 tsp canola oil
° 2 poundchicken breast, cut to 1-inch cubes
° 4 garlic clove, mince
° 1 tsp mince ginger
° 1/4 c lowsodium soy-sauce
° 1/4 cup light or dark brown sugar
° 2 tablespoons of bourbon
° 1/4 c rice wine & vinegar
° 1 tsp cornstarch
° 1 tsp water
° Sesame seed, for decorate, if wanted
° Green onions, for garnish, as desired
