° 2 cups enriched white rice
° 4 cups of water
° ½ cup chopped small carrots
° ½ cup frozen green peas
° 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
° 2 large eggs
° 3 tablespoons soy sauce, to taste
° 2 tsp sesame oil, to flavor
