Red Velvet Cheesecake

Step 1:

Beat creamy butter, ghee and sugar until light. Beat eggs each time, beating well after each addition. Mix vanilla and food coloring.

Step 2:

Mix flour, soda, cocoa and salt together. Add to cream mixture with curd. Cast To a greased also floured tube. Baking at 350 degrees about 1 h . Coled in pan for 10 min . Garnish  as desired.
