I've been craving something like broccoli cheesecake for ages. If you've been reading my blog long enough, you'll remember that two years ago I made these delicious cauliflower cheese pastries in honor of the ready-made pastries I often buy at a supermarket here in South Africa.
It was absolutely delicious, but I wanted to make my own version of the actual pastry that I love so much that has broccoli in a very souffle-like sauce, and in the end, I did it this weekend.
