° Half a cup of mashed bananas
° 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
° 1½ cups milk
° 3 cups of flour
° 1/2 and a half teaspoon of baking soda
° Half a teaspoon of salt
° Half a cup of soft butter
° 1 cup white sugar
° Half a cup of brown sugar
° 3 large eggs
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
+ Frost
° 8 ounces cream cheese
° Half a cup of soft butter
° 3 - 3 cups powdered sugar
° 1 teaspoon lemon juice
° 11½ teaspoon lemon peel from 1 lemon
