It started as a five-cent store, selling things that only cost five or ten cents until it became a very popular store. And the lunch counter was an added attraction, serving food, including the popular Icebox Cheesecake recipe.
* You will need:
° 1 package (3 ounces) lemon jello
° 1 cup boiling water
° 8 ounces cream cheese
° 1 cup granulated sugar
° 4 tablespoons lemon juice (less if you don't want a lot of lemon)
° 1 tin Carnation Evaporated Milk, well cooled
° Graham crackers, crushed
