OLD FASHIONED ORANGE CANDY

Adding extract also food coloration .
Immediately pour into the prepared skillet.
Leave it at room temperature for 3 hours or overnight, until the candy has cooled and set.
Sprinkle 1 ¼ cups remaining sugar on a large sheet of wax paper. Flip the candy onto the wax paper.
Cut candy into 3/4-inch squares, stopping occasionally to dip knife into warm water.
Roll the candy with sugar so that it is evenly covered.
Place one layer on wire racks.
Leave it exposed at room temperature overnight.
Stored in an secure container at room temperature.
