Hersheys chocolate cake

Hershey's Chocolate Cake needs no introduction, as it has been around for nearly a century.  And if you haven't been successful at it before, you are on your way to having more fun. All I did was put some instant espresso powder on the mixture and frost. Increases flavour. And because I wanted a frosting that was more buttery and less sweet, I use a greater ratio of butter to sugar, which makes the frosting light—nothing like the brave American buttercream out there.
