FRENCH ONION SOUP STUFFED MEATLOAF

The Meatloaf ingredients:
– Two lbs.Of lean ground beef.
– 2 large beaten eggs.
– ½ Cup.Of rusk.
– 2 Tbspoons.Of fresh chopped parsley.
– Grated mozzarella cheese, I used an 8-ounces Package.
– 1 small spoon.Of salt.
– 1 small spoon.Of ground pepper.
To make the caramelized onions, you’ll need:
– 3 medium onions, sliced into thin slices.
– 1/4 Cup.Of beef broth.
– 1 small spoon.Of Olive Oil.
– 1 small spoon.Of fresh thyme.
– 1 small spoon.Of salt.
– 1 small spoon.Of pepper.
And for The sauce, I only used these 3 ingredients:
– 2 Cups.Of beef broth.
– 3 Tbspoons.Of cornstarch.
– To season, we only used salt and pepper.
