Best Ever Beef Stew

° 2 pounds beef broth
° All-purpose flour cup
° 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
° 2 tablespoons olive oil
° Half a teaspoon of black pepper
° 1 large onion diced
° 2 bay leaves
° ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
° 2 cups of water
° 2 teaspoons beef demi-glace (or Beef Swanson Flavor Post)
° 4 medium to large red potatoes, washed and cut into cubes
° 3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
° 1 celery stalk, cut into cubes
