Pan-fried seafood, creamy and fragrant: scallops, salmon and shrimp

What makes this pan so charming are the beautiful seafood products of course (no frozen…only fresh!) as well as the spices used (link to buy them online in the list of ingredients).

A tasty blend of spices based on turmeric, ginger, small fennel seeds, coriander and aromatic plants.

Ingredients (for 4 people):
– 8 large Scallops (fresh, avoid frozen…)
– 2 beautiful salmon steaks
– 16 large cooked pink shrimp (30/40 caliber) from which you have removed the head and legs (leave the shell)
– a little parsley
– 1 tbsp. heaped teaspoon of spices for fish & shellfish from La Cuisine des Epices
– 4 tbsp. to s. light semi-thick cream
– Oil (neutral)
– Pink berries
– Salt
