Meatloaf Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C).
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Removing from heat also seasonning with salt & pepper.
In a large bowl, combine onion, garlic, beef, crumbled bread, crumbled biscuits, eggs, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and half a can of tomato sauce. Add 1 teaspoon. Each time, milk until the mixture is only wet and not liquid. Press into the bottom of a 5 '' x 9 '' loaf pan.
Bake for 40 minutes. Raise the oven temperature to 400 ° F (200 ° C) and continue baking about 15 min, until meatloaf reach a temperature of 159 ° F (69 ° C).
In a small bowl, mix the remaining tomato sauce with ketchup and spread it over the meatloaf. Bake for another 10 minutes.
