You need to mix the two egg whites in a bowl and season them with your chosen ingredients.
4. Add the potatoes and mix.
Mix the cut potatoes with the egg and spice mixture. Once everything is well integrated, you have to put everything in a roasting tray or a baking tray on which you put baking paper.
5. In the oven!
Once you have mixed the ingredients and placed them on the parchment paper in the tin or tray, you now need to put it in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and return
Once they have been in the oven for up to 10 minutes and have started cooking, you need to remove them from the oven and remove the paper from the bottom. Don't worry if they stick to you a little, you can peel them off easily. And now you have to put them back on the roaster or baking tray for another 15 minutes or until you see them browning, but without the paper.
