Tip for crispy fries without a drop of oil

French fries are ideal to eat at any time and can be a side dish, an appetizer, a main dish with another ingredient and you can season them as you like. But you can do it without consuming a lot of oil like before, and in a healthier way.

1. Ingredients
The first thing you need to do is gather the following ingredients: 1 kg of potatoes, 2 egg whites and spices to taste (e.g. Provençal spices, paprika, ground chili pepper, salt, rosemary, whatever you like best).

2. Peel and cut potatoes
Second, peel the potatoes, wash them and then cut them into the format you like best. We recommend preparing it in sticks, slices or very thin cubes.
