Ingredients

– 1 pound ground chicken
– 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 large egg, beaten
– 3/ 4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 2 cups of your favorite tomato sauce
– A splash of olive oil for greasing
