Country house terrine

Step: 1 Place all ingredients in a large salad bowl. I didn't add any salt as the filling was sufficiently salty.

Step: 2 The most effective way is to mix it well with your hands, preferably with wet hands - of course I don't have to say that they are very clean?

Step: 3 When the mixture is homogeneous, pour into a lightly oiled terrine. Smooth the top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.

Step: 4 Serve hot, warm or cold the next day... That's how I personally liked it best, the herbal flavors are well distributed, the slices are easy to cut and it tastes delicious with a slightly garlicky endive salad.

Step: 5 When the terrine came out of the oven, some juice had formed, I took it out.
