Banana cream

Preparation:
STEP 1
Mix some milk with cornstarch, sugar and egg yolk, then bring the remaining milk to the boil and pour over the egg mixture while stirring with a hand mixer

STEP 2
Heat everything over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cream sets
STEP 3
Mash the banana with a fork and sprinkle with lemon
