Potato, Ham and Mozzarella Millefeuille

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
In a baking dish, spread a little olive oil.
Arrange a layer of potato slices, salt, pepper, then add a little thyme and garlic.
Place a slice of ham, then a few slices of mozzarella.

Repeat the operation until the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of potatoes.
Drizzle everything with a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the millefeuille is golden and crispy.
