Easy Frozen Oreo Dessert

Crush 10 Oreo cookies and set aside. Put the rest of the cookies in the food processor and break them.

 

Combine the Oreo crumbs and the melted butter.

 

Spread ½ of them on an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 inch square baking tray and press with your fingers or a stiff tool to form a layer.

 

Save the rest of the Oreo crumbs for later use. Sit aside.

 

In a large bowl, whisk the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Select a site.

 

In a detach large bowl, whisk cream cheese & sugar To creamy. Putting vanilla & whisk more.

 

After that, add the heavy whipping cream and mix with a spoon until well combined.

 

Then add the condensed milk and keep mixing until smooth and creamy.

 

Gently fold the crushed Oreo. Spread equally over Oreo layer.

Putting Oreo crumbs on it.

 

** Notes :

 

Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, possibly overnight. Well, you can prepare it a few days before serving, just keep it in the freezer.

 

Any leftover can be store in freezer. If you need to make this in a 9 x 13 skillet for a larger crowd, you need to increase the recipe ingredients by 50%.

 

Spread half of the mixture (butter and oreo) on the bottom and the other half on top.

 

You can utilize regular cream cheese instead of lighting . You can also use whipping cream instead of heavy whipping cream, as whipping cream contains between 30% -35% milk fat, which means it is a lighter product than heavy whipping cream.

 

Instead of cream cheese, you can use cottage cheese, overnight drained plain yogurt, ricotta cheese, or mascarpone if you have it.

 

The regular 14.3-ounce package of Oreo cookies contains 36 cookies.
