Ingredients
14 grams. Neutral gelatin (tasteless)
60 gr. Sugar
1 liter of milk
5 tangerines
150 ml. Milk
130 gr. Dark chocolate
40 gr. Sugar
8 grams. Neutral gelatin
25 grams. Cocoa
For glazing (hardened:
25 grams. Nutella
100 ml. of coffee
300 ml. milk
Preparation, step by step
First put the 14 grams of neutral gelatin, the sugar and the milk in a pot over moderate heat.
Meanwhile, stir constantly until the mixture has thickened.
Next, we cut out a plastic bottle by removing the top part of the spout. (It's best to cut with a cutter).
The next step is to peel each tangerine and place it in the container that will serve as a mold.
We start by adding the milk prepared in the pot to the plastic container with a tablespoon and at the same time insert each tangerine. We do this with a toothpick passing through the 5 tangerines.
We put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
We proceed to prepare the chocolate bath, putting 1 tablespoon of Nutella in a bowl or container and 100 ml of coffee. We mix and set it aside while we warm the milk in a saucepan.
Separately, place 150 ml of milk in a saucepan, heat over medium heat and beat with a mixer.
In the next step add the mixture and reserve.
On the other hand, we take the plastic tube or container with tangerines out of the refrigerator.
Remove the mold by very carefully cutting open the plastic, remove the toothpick from the center and place on a rack.
In the meantime, we cut and chop the bar of dark chocolate, put it in a small saucepan and add 8 grams of cocoa, neutral gelatin, sugar and milk (300 ml). Stir well while heating.
Finally, we cover the dessert with chocolate and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Now you can cut and serve this delicious dessert!
