Pavlova Cakes: a light and delicate dessert that melts in your mouth

Shaping and cooking:
Form meringue nests on the parchment paper with an imprint in the center using a bag fitted with a tip or a spoon.


Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 150°C and immediately lower the temperature to 90°C. Cook the meringue for 1h15 to 1h30.


After baking, open the oven door slightly and let the meringue cool inside.
