No-bake cookies: the quick recipe for delicious desserts!

Directions:
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Place the shortbread cookies in a plastic bag and crush them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin. Alternatively, you can also use a blender.
- Add the melted butter to the shortbread crumbs and mix well until a uniform mixture forms.
- If desired, add the chopped nuts and raisins or dried fruit and stir well.
- Roughly chop the chocolate and let it slowly melt in a heatproof bowl over a water bath. Be careful not to get water into the chocolate as this will cause it to clump.
- Once the chocolate has melted, stir it evenly into the cookie crumb mixture until everything is well mixed.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper or into a flat dish and smooth it out.
- Place the cookies in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until they have set.
- After cooling, cut the cookies into pieces of any size and garnish with powdered sugar, coconut flakes, chopped nuts or other toppings if desired.
