  • 200 g of Butter Cookies (aka Digestive Cookies)
  • 100 g Butter
  • 200 g chocolate (milk, dark or white chocolate, depending on your preference)
  • Optional: 50 g chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • Optional: 50 g raisins or dried fruits of your choice
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness
  • To decorate: powdered sugar, coconut flakes, chopped nuts, cocoa powder, sprinkles, etc.
