3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
2 eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs (or more panko if desired)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
24 ounces marinara sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
oil (e.g. olive oil or vegetable oil) for greasing
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C and grease a baking dish with oil.
2. Whisk 2 eggs in a shallow bowl.
3. In another shallow bowl, combine 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
