Lemon meringue cake: the recipe for the soft and fragrant dessert

Ingredients:

  • For the base:
    1 egg
    50 g sugar
    50 g flour
    40 ml oil
    3 g yeast
    lemon peel
  • For the lemon mousse:
    2 eggs
    Juice of 2 lemons
    50 g sugar
    Lemon peel
    15 g butter
    1 sheet of gelatine (3 g)
    200 ml unsweetened whipped cream
  • For the meringue:
    150 g sugar
    50 g water
    2 eggs
    1 pinch of salt
