Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the butter, a dash of olive oil and a dash of white wine and bring to the boil.
Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.

Sauce Add Shrimp.
Next, season the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning. Be generous (according to your taste)!
When the shrimp are pink on one side, flip them over, cook for another minute, then remove from the pan, leaving the liquid.
Add cream, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and stir in flour until sauce thickens.
Reduce heat to medium-low and add shrimp again.
Brush the shrimp with the sauce and serve over the noodles. topping with parmesan cheese,
