This is a quick and easy dinner recipe with just the right amount of kick! Tender whole shrimp smothered in a quick and easy tangy cream sauce with just the right amount of perfectly cooked scampi.
Ingredients:
12 raw shrimp (as many as you like, I like to have lots of them in my pasta)
1 serving of pasta (preferably a linguine)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 TBSP. butter
1/2 c. whipped cream
grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour (for thickening)
cajun spice
1/4 c. Parsley
White wine (not pictured)
Olive oil (not pictured)
