Zucchini pancakes with cheese, perfect for any occasion

Make a pancake batter from flour, eggs and milk. Roughly grate the zucchini, cut the onion into cubes and mix both into the dough. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry pancakes from the dough. Preferably at a medium temperature so that they bake well.
We always have a green salad with it - a wonderful summer meal.
