Preparation
First, slice the cabbage, onions and cucumber and cut the peppers into strips. Salt the vegetables.
The next day, squeeze the vegetables well and pour them into jars.
Now bring the marinade made from water, vinegar, sugar, peppercorns, salt and vinaigrette to the boil, remove from the heat and stir in through a sieve.
Now simply fill the jars with the marinade and close them. Complete!
