A good baguette filled with ham and mozzarella

Preparation:

Step 1
Empty the pre-baked baguettes with a small spoon.

2nd step
: Spread some crème fraîche on the base.

Step 3
Cut the ham into strips and spread over the cream.

Step 4
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top.

Step: 5
Beat two egg whites onto each baguette half. Store the yolks in small jars with water at the bottom to prevent them from drying out.

Step: 6
Bake the baguettes for 18 minutes at 200° without preheating the oven.

Step: 7
As soon as they come out of the oven, carefully add the egg yolks to the filling.

Step: 8
Return to the oven for a minute to reheat the yolks.
