Heat the marinara in a saucepan over heat.
Divide the spaghetti squash evenly among 6 plates and top each plate with ½ cup marinara.
Place 3 meatballs on top of the spaghetti squash and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
TIPS AND NOTES:
Marinara Sauce: Nutrition is based on the use of Rao's marinara. It is a sauce without added sugar that you can find in most stores. It's our all-time favorite sauce: great flavor and no fancy ingredients.
Nutrition: This is a little higher in carbs than most of our recipes, only because spaghetti squash is naturally higher in carbs. If you prefer, you can swap the spaghetti squash for zucchini noodles to cut down on the carbs. This recipe works well for a low carb diet, but probably won't fit a ketogenic diet due to the carb count.
