How to prepare Pork Ribs with Honey and Orange
To enjoy delicious pork ribs with honey and orange, the first thing we must do is grate the orange peel and squeeze its juice into a bowl.

We mix the zest and juice with the honey, a little salt and mustard, and put everything in a saucepan over medium heat until the volume is reduced by half.

Separately, we put the ribs in a saucepan where they fit, cover with water and add a teaspoon of salt and the wine.

We let the ribs cook over low heat for two hours and then we take them out, drain them and put them on a tray.

We pour the marinade over them and let them cool, covered with film. When they are at room temperature, we collect the marinade liquid and reserve it to paint the ribs.

We place the ribs on a tray and massage them with the leftover marinade. Then, we cover with aluminum foil and reserve overnight in the refrigerator.

We heat the oven to 130ยบ C and when it is hot we put the ribs in, covered with aluminum foil, and cook for two hours. To make them toast, brown them on the grill before taking them out, painting them with the orange bath before toasting them.

Finally, we serve the ribs hot, accompanied by salt flakes. Delicious!
