Preparation:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Reserve.
Whisk the yolks with the sugar. Add the mascarpone and whisk again.
Carefully add the egg whites.
Heat the milk with 1 tbsp of Nutella.
Dip the biscuits 1 at a time in the warm milk and arrange a layer in the dish.
