Instructions
Preheat grill to low heat (350-400 degrees F).
Pour in half the beer and set aside to drink while you prepare this recipe. Spray the outside of the half-filled beer can and stand with cooking spray and set aside.
Melt the butter, garlic, paprika, rosemary and black pepper. Stir well so the spices are completely mixed, then pour half of the melted butter mixture into the beer can and set aside.
Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Place the chicken on the beer can and stand. Drizzle with remaining half of melted butter mixture. Place the chicken/rack on the grill, close the lid and let it cook for 1 hour. After 1 hour, check to see if the chicken is cooked. Cover grill and cook remaining 30 minutes or until cooked through.
