Immediately sift baking powder and all-purpose flour into the wet dough. Simply mix the ingredients by gently folding them in. To maintain the light and fluffy consistency of the muffins, be careful not to overmix.
Fill the muffin tin: Divide the batter evenly between the oiled muffin cups. Each tin should be about 3/4 full to allow the muffins to rise.
Bake the muffins for 20 to 25 minutes or until the tops of the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Preheat the oven.
Chilling and presenting:
Remove the muffin tin from the oven after baking. After a few minutes, let the muffins cool in the muffin tin before transferring them to a wire rack to cool.
Although these muffins taste great warm, you can also eat them at room temperature.
