Lemon Ginger: the best drink to burn belly fat

According to a study from the KS Rangasamy College of Arts & Science in India, administering a daily dose of gingerol, a compound found in ginger, to obese rats enabled a reduction in their weight as well as their blood sugar.

Ingredients of the two ginger drinks:
1 liter of water
1 piece of fresh ginger about 5 centimeters
1 squeezed lemon
2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation of the ginger infusion:
Pour the water into a pot and bring it to the boil.
Grate the ginger and add it to the water.
Over low heat for about 5 minutes Simmer
Filter your infusion through a sieve or coffee filter and then add the lemon juice and honey.
