Preparation
1- First wash the parsley well and dry it with absorbent paper.
Before moving on to step 2, you need to decide whether you want to finely chop everything or prepare it in a mortar.
2- Chop the parsley and garlic very finely and put them in a container, preferably a glass. Then we season it, add paprika, oregano, ground pepper, salt and pepper.
3- Add the tablespoon. Mix lemon juice and all these ingredients well. Gradually add the oil while stirring.
4- Finally add the vinegar and make sure everything is well mixed.
And that's it, we would have our homemade chimichurri! I recommend always keeping it in the bottom part of the fridge so it doesn't get too cold. Also, make sure it is well covered each time you use it.
