How to make homemade chimichurri in 4 easy steps

Chimichurri is one of the most famous Argentine sauces in the world. The taste of the different spices as well as the combination of certain vegetables make them unique and go perfectly with any type of meat you prepare.

In addition, you can respect parsley and garlic as the main ingredients, change the others or add additional ingredients to adapt it to your taste, since any type of combination is perfect and does not change the taste too much.

This recipe (and other similar sauces like Creole sauce) takes time to reach the perfect flavor point. All thanks to the vinegar, because with it we can guarantee that all the ingredients blend together, so that the result is a unique chimichurri.

For this homemade chimichurri you will need:

Ingredients
1 cup chopped parsley
Between 2 and 3 large cloves of garlic
1 cup ground pepper
1 tbsp. Oregano
2 CDITAS. Sweet or hot paprika powder (to taste)
1/2 tsp. Salt and black pepper
1/2 cup oil (can be sunflower or olive oil)
vinegar c/n (some add more or less, I recommend adding little by little to find the desired point)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
