Preparation:
– Add all ingredients to the pot

First day:
Consume fruit as desired, except bananas
Second day:

Third day:

Fourth day:
Consume only soup

You can add grilled turkey and fish as a side dish to the soup
Sixth day:
Consume fruit and meat as a side dish to the soup
Seventh day:
Consume vegetables and brown rice as a side dish to the soup
