– 200 g of minced meat (beef, veal or lamb)
– 150 g of peas
– 250 g of potatoes
– 1 teaspoon of pepper puree (or tomato paste if not)
– 1/2 red onion
– 1 clove of minced garlic
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon ginger
– 1 teaspoon turmeric
