SUGAR COOKIE BALLS

Melt the red candy melts over a pot of boiling water.
Take the truffles out of the freezer and dip them in the melted caramel. Dip one at a time and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Cookie dough balls dipped in a red candy coating.
Add the sprinkles immediately after dipping.
Continue dipping and adding sprinkles until you have used up all the truffles.

Place the baking sheet back in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
When you are ready to serve the truffles, remove them from the refrigerator and let them sit for a few minutes to soften before serving.
