3 to 4 medium to large Russet potatoes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive or canola oil or vegetable oil
1 to 2 teaspoons sea salt or kosher salt

butter, salt, pepper, grated cheese, chives, bacon, green onions , chili
Instructions
Scrub the potatoes and then dry them well. Prick the potatoes several times with the tines of a fork.
Brush the potatoes evenly with oil and then sprinkle generously with salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer, making sure they are not touching, and then turn the air fryer on to 400°F.
Air fry the potatoes for 25 to 30 minutes. Flip the potatoes and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until you can easily insert a knife into the middle of the potato.
Remove the potatoes from the fryer and cut them. Use a fork to fluff the inside and then load it with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
