Instructions:
Prepare the mangoes:
Peel and chop the ripe mangoes. Make sure you remove the pit and get as much pulp as possible.
Blend the mangoes:
In a blender, blend the chopped mangoes until you obtain a smooth puree. If you prefer, you can leave some pieces to give texture to the popsicles.
Sweeten and add creaminess (optional):
Add sugar to the mango puree according to your sweetness preference. You can also add plain yogurt or coconut milk if you want the popsicles to be creamier. Mix well.
Add the citrus touch (optional):
If desired, squeeze lemon or lime juice into the mixture to bring out the mango flavor and give it a refreshing touch.
Pour into molds:
Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds. Insert the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
Freeze:
Place the molds in the freezer and let the mango popsicles freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Unmold and enjoy:
Once frozen, unmold the mango popsicles by running them under hot water for a few seconds.
