Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 onion
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1 vegetable broth cube
3 tablespoons tomato puree
2 hard-boiled eggs

1-Boil the chicken breasts. Once cooked, wait for them to cool and cut into strands with the help of a fork.
2-In a saucepan with a splash of oil, sauté the onion and small cut bell peppers. After 5 minutes, add the broth, tomato puree and seasonings. (I added oregano, ground chili and paprika)
3-In a bowl, mix everything, add the chopped hard-boiled eggs and two ladles of the broth that was left from the chicken. Incorporate well.
4-Fill our empanadas, make the repulgue that you like the most. Brush with egg.
5- Cook in the oven or fry until golden brown. Enjoy😋
